Energy Efficiency Improvements financed by the city of San Francisco?

The Budget and Legislative Analyst’s Office (BLA), which provides the San Francisco Board of Supervisors with critical information to support decision-making, has been asked to survey the market demand for a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program.  PACE allows homeowners in the city to access financing for energy efficiency improvements to their homes and to pay back the loan over the long-term as part of their property tax payments.

If you are interested in participating in such a survey, please respond by using the link below no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, November 15, 2013.  If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, please contact Julia Nagle at the Budget and Legislative Analyst’s Office via email at julia.nagle@sfgov.org or by phone at (415) 553-4637.
